Parking is available approximately 1/4 to 1/2 mile away. Please do not park in restricted areas. Visit city website for boundaries of restricted parking area cityofwhittier(dot)org or habitatauthority(dot)org Hellman Park is a part of the Puente Hills Preserve, owned and/or managed by the Puente Hills Habitat Preservation Authority (Habitat Authority), a local government agency. Home to deer, fox, coyotes, snakes, butterflies, birds, and hundreds of flora and fauna. Public hiking trails allow for the public to enjoy sharing nature. Please take only photos and leave no trace (do not litter). Enjoy! Please remember no music or loud noise on the trails. Let's not ruin it for the wildlife, neighbors or other trail users.
