Lehigh Valley Zoo is home to more than 325 animal ambassadors representing over 125 species, unique educational experiences, daily activities, camps, birthday parties, and so much more! The Lehigh Valley Zoo is one of 232 zoos accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA). This accreditation holds us to the highest worldwide standards of animal care and welfare. The Zoo’s animal collection includes over 22 species collectively managed through the Species Survival Plan Program™(SSP), administered by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA).
