This beautiful 8 acre property rests in the heart of Ramsey Canyon, is known as the Hummingbird Capital of the nation and sees more than 170 different species of migratory birds throughout the year. This world class birding destination is part of the "Sky Islands" that boast incredible biodiversity. There are 3 unique cabin rentals as well as RV parking. A large Bird Garden, over a mile of trails that traverse the property with over 60 bird feeders throughout and different seating and viewing areas provide a "magical" experience for even the most experienced travelers. Coues White Tail Deer and Goulds Turkey are on the property daily. Coutimundi, Ring Tailed Cats, Gray Fox, Skunk, Javelina, Black Bear and Mountain Lions can be present.
