Wildflower Reserve Interpretive Center
Description :
The Wildflower Reserve and Wildflower Reserve Interpretive Center are the focal point for programming at Raccoon Creek State Park. Hiking at the Wildflower Reserve is open from 8am to Sunset along the 4.5 miles of trails while the interpretive center is open before and after programs. Outdoor programming is presented to the public, schools, and organized groups. The Wildflower Reserve contains one of the most biodiverse and unique stands of wildflowers in Pennsylvania with more than 700 species of plants. For the future use and protection of this unique area, pets, smoking, and picking or collecting plants/fungi are prohibited.
